Easy Pickled Red Onions Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, and peppercorns.
