Madison De La Garza, the younger sister of singer and actress Demi Lovato, has announced that she is expecting her first child

The 20-year-old actress and social media influencer shared the news on Instagram on Monday, along with a photo of herself cradling her growing baby bump.
"We're so excited to finally share the news that we're expecting a baby!" she wrote. "We've been keeping this a secret for a while, but we're so happy to finally share it with you all."
De La Garza did not reveal the due date or the sex of the baby, but she did say that she and her fiancé, David Chavez, are "thrilled" to become parents.

Lovato, 29, has been open about her struggles with fertility in the past. In 2017, she revealed that she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a hormonal disorder that can make it difficult to conceive.
However, Lovato said that she was "hopeful" that she would be able to have children one day.
"I know that I'm not the only one who has struggled with fertility issues," she said. "I want to share my story to help other women who are going through the same thing."

De La Garza's pregnancy announcement was met with love and support from her family and friends. Her mother, Dianna De La Garza, commented on the Instagram post, "I'm so excited to be a grandma again!"
Lovato also expressed her excitement for her sister in a comment on the post. "I'm so happy for you, Madi!" she wrote. "I can't wait to be an auntie!"
De La Garza is best known for her role as Juanita Solis on the ABC comedy-drama "Desperate Housewives." She has also appeared in the films "Camp Rock" and "Princess Protection Program."
